- Prep: Our exterior process is pressure washing all areas being painted, trenching down around the home to get down to the base of the stucco, sealing any stucco cracks with a brush grade elastomeric caulk, durable caulking by Sherwin Williams designed to shrink and expand with the home in order to reduce future cracks. , applying , lastly, we'll apply one finish coat.
- Prime: Next, we apply one coat of Sherwin-Williams Loxon Conditioner to seal the previous paint due to chalking and prep the surface for the new paint. This helps the paint adhere and keeps the color even.
